Incomings!

I got a big surprise today! I hadn’t have a mail for at least 2 weeks and that was making me sad seeing mailbox empty. But today is the day I have a big smile on my face.

I want to introduce the first one individually. This is from Stacy from Singapore. And wait for it, she sent me a book! A little tiny book! When I saw the thick envelope, I thought she wrote me a letter but then I saw this little thing which is a printed short story. You don’t have any idea how you made me feel Stacy, thank you so much that is SO special. I will read it tonight.

In the morning I was writing a postcard to Stacy and it was a late respond. Now, I feel even worst. Thank you again Stacy!

Incomings from 7 different countries

Incomings day for this week!

Right to left,

1. First one is from Brenda who lives in Hengelo – Netherlands

2.Olé from Nonthaburi – Thailand

3.La’vie from Butuan – Philippines

4-5. Ann from Hong Kong – China (Thank you for 2 different postcards Ann)

6. Jakob from Mantin NS – Malaysia

7. Jessica from North Branch – Minnesota/USA

Jessica is 15 years old and I asked her if she had a chance to change something in this world, what would it be?

“I would have people stop looking at the differences between us because even if we don’t speak the same language, look the same or believe in the same things we are all human. I know this because my best friend is an exchange student from Asia and even though we were born on opposite sides of this earth we are the same. So humans stop pointing out the differences of people. Love your life, travel the world & be nice. Life is beautiful.” she says.

Wanted to share this because I think she has an exemplary character. Thank you Jessica.

8. And finally the last and the most special one from Melike who is my old friend from Istanbul. She also took a photo for me.

Thank you so much everyone!
